For LevelUp / Masterclass (Live Program)

 

We will refund 50% of the total tuition paid for the program if and only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have passed all the tests in the course within a maximum of 5 attempts.
  • You have attended 80% of the classes live, or watched the full recordings of these classes.
  • You have completed 80% of the foundational material for all the scheduled classes.
  • You have completed 80% of the practice problems.
  • You have taken all mock interviews offered by Interview Kickstart.
  • You have earned an average grade of 2+ or more in your mock interviews.
    (The grading rubric will be explained in your contract. The two lowest-scoring interviews will be ignored.)
  • You have appeared for onsite technical interviews (in person or virtual) at at least 6 different companies during the post-program support period.
    These interviews must be for jobs relevant to the domain course you complete:

    • Back-end, Front-end, Full Stack, Test, iOS, Android, Site Reliability, Early Engineering: Jobs requiring coding at work
    • Data and ML Engineering, Data Science, Business/Data Analysis: Jobs requiring development or use of data processing/analytical tools and software
    • Embedded Systems Engineering: Jobs requiring code development for embedded devices
    • Security Engineering: Jobs requiring development or operation of systems to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
    • AWS Cloud Architecture: Jobs requiring design and operation of cloud-based applications/infrastructure
    • Product/Tech Program Management: Jobs requiring cross-functional collaboration to develop features from concept to launch
    • Engineering Management: Jobs requiring management of engineering teams and cross-functional project execution
  • You still have not received a job offer.
  • You notify Interview Kickstart of your refund claim during or within 30 days of the end of post-program support.
  • You provide documentation to support your claim.
